Privacy & cookies

This notice explains what happens to information when you use mrawsky.pro. The controller is Mikołaj Murawski, an independent freelancer operating as Mrawsky. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@mrawsky.pro.
Contact inquiries
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional business name and website, project type, budget range, timing, message, chosen language and anti-spam verification token. I use this information to answer your request, assess a possible collaboration and take steps toward an agreement at your request. Website security and abuse prevention are based on my legitimate interest in operating a safe service.
An inquiry that does not become a project is kept for no longer than 12 months, unless it is needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. Records connected to completed work may be retained for contractual, accounting or legal obligations.
Lab network tools
When you run the free Website Audit, the public URL you enter is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights so that Lighthouse can analyse it. URL inspection, redirect, sitemap and broken-link tools fetch the public address through the Mrawsky server. Submitted URLs and reports are not saved in a database. Do not submit private, password-protected or token-bearing addresses.
Services involved
The site is hosted by Vercel. Cloudflare Turnstile checks contact submissions for automated abuse. Resend delivers inquiry emails. Google PageSpeed Insights processes a public URL only when you request an audit. These providers may process technical data outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards described in their current data-processing terms.
On Vercel production deployments, Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and limited Lab actions, and Vercel Speed Insights records anonymous Core Web Vitals performance data. Vercel describes both services as cookie-free and based on anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify an individual. Web Analytics identifies visitors with a request-based hash that resets after 24 hours instead of a cookie, so visits are not linked across days or other websites; Speed Insights stores only technical performance data and no IP address. Custom Lab events contain only the tool route and action label; values entered into tools are not included. The site does not use advertising trackers. The language is selected by the URL and is not saved in a preference cookie. Standard Turnstile is used without pre-clearance. If this setup changes, this notice and the consent mechanism will be reviewed before non-essential storage is enabled.
Offer-page events record contact clicks (form or email) and successful inquiry submissions. They do not include personal information or form contents. Inquiry emails also include the referral source so I can distinguish contacts from the offer page and the website audit.
Remembering the intro
The site stores mrawsky:intro-seen in your browser's localStorage after the introductory animation finishes. This single flag prevents the intro from repeating across visits, tabs and languages. It contains no personal information and is not sent to the server. It remains until you remove the site's stored data. If browser storage is unavailable, the intro is only remembered within the current page session.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Contact hello@mrawsky.pro to exercise a right.
No automated decision-making or marketing mailing list is used.
